The purchase was easy and making the reservations for each activity was simple. I also liked that you can modify the reservations easily through the app. I would definitely recommend for families looking to simplify purchasing tickets to the major attractions and saving some money.

We chose the architecture boat tour, sears tower, field museum, art museum and shedd aquarium. This is the best and most affordable way to see the city. We missed a reservation by mistake and Citypass cleared it so we could redo it for the next day. They were very helpful. Would definitely recommend this pass to anyone visiting Chicago.

Extremely convenient to have all your tickets in one place and the additional perks at certain places (3D movies, expedited entry, etc) made the pass more than worth it. We were able to see the sites we wanted and make/change reservations with no issues. Would definitely purchase again.
