Il CityPASS è stato il modo perfetto per pianificare il nostro soggiorno a Chicago. Ho potuto mostrare a mia figlia i miei luoghi preferiti a Chicago e anche qualcun altro. Disapointed about cashback being declined
Had a great time in Chicago and felt like the pass did save some money, however dispointed to see that they have declined my cashback on my return home, it was advertised on topcashback and showed in my account when i made the purchase back in Feb

Great experience
My son and I had a great experience visiting Chicago and CityPASS definitely contributed to that. Easy to purchase; easy to use - a great way to see the city. My only criticism is that CityPASS mandated 2 of the 5 events you are required to go to - customers should be allowed to choose from all of them.

Cancellation of tour without prior notice!
I bought my CityPASS for our walk through Chicago, everything seemed fine only that on the last day they canceled my most anticipated ride on the river
First of all they did it without notifying us either by mail or by message and the worst thing is that we had set aside the last day to do it since it was a walk that we did not want to miss and on the contrary we were left without a walk and we lost a day that we could do something else or visit a museum. In the end without a walk and with a lost day!

Good value
CityPass was well worth the cost. However, on the third day of using our pass at the Art Institute of Chicago, it would not take it. We had a very helpful person who helped us get in with paying anything additional. It took a while to get this straighten out, so I was disappointed in the fact that the pass did not work for us.

Awesome Museums and City Views!
We traveled to Chicago to celebrate my daughter’s 21st birthday. We absolutely loved the museums and the included exhibitions with some of the attractions. Definitely recommend visiting mid mornings and no later than 2pm. Many of the attractions offer expedited entry and discounts to gift shops. Huge value, just bring comfortable walking shoes! Download the app to get advice for visitors and entry times.

Amazing trip
We got the pass to save money in the end we only were able to go to 4 attractions for some reason it wouldn't let us go to the 5th one.
