Rated 3 out of 5 by from Fine enough I got CityPASS for my Chicago trip and it wasn't a horrible experience. It was easy to use and it did help me schedule certain things. However I really do not think the price range is better than buying certain tickets individually so that aspect wasnt helpful. For some of the attractions there were also add ons that weren't covered by the CityPASS which irked me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from City pass My family and I had an amazing time! The architecture tour it does allow you to book the sunset times which was awesome since those are slightly more if you book directly with the architecture tour. I recommend!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simplicity is the name of the game! We purchased the C3 pass while visiting Chicago. We chose to do the Architectural River Cruise, ride the Centennial Ferris Wheel at the Navy Pier and visit the Skydeck at the Sears Tower. On the Architectural Cruise, we were not sure if we could make our scheduled time, but we were able to easily change our time on the app and enjoyed our cruise through the three branches of the Chicago River and out to the edge of the lake. On the ferris wheel ride, we simply walked to the attraction, showed our bar codes and got onto the ride, no need for any additional ticketing. No issues at all. For the Skydeck, we simply showed up 15 minutes prior to our scheduled time and went in. Again, no need for additional ticketing or even a wait, we simply got scanned in and proceeded. This was one of the most simply systems I have worked with when it comes to a city pass type of promotion and I have done other apps in other cities. The savings were not significant but the convenience is where this is worth the purchase. Instead of going onto various websites, figuring out the instructions and completing separate purchases, it was all done on one website and one app, which simplified our experience. The only negative is that the day we went to the Sears Tower, it was cloudy/overcast skies so we were not able to enjoy the views, but that is not an issue which was on CityPass, that was just the unpredictable nature of Chicago weather. Next time we visit, we will get this CityPass once again and enjoy the other attractions on the list.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome Times Made Our Chicago Trip Much Easier We purchased the Chicago C3 CityPASS for our trip and were very happy with the experience. The process was simple from purchasing the passes to making our reservations and accessing our tickets through the app. We used it for the Shoreline Architecture River Tour and Skydeck Chicago, and having everything already organized in one place made planning our days much easier. Instead of purchasing separate tickets from multiple places, we were able to choose the attractions we wanted, reserve our times and build them directly into our itinerary. What I appreciated most was the flexibility. We were only in Chicago for a short getaway, so the C3 option was perfect because we could choose the experiences that interested us without feeling like we had to cram a long list of attractions into the trip. Both experiences we used were excellent, and the convenience alone made CityPASS worthwhile for us. easy to purchase, easy to use, convenient for planning, and a great option for a Chicago getaway. We would definitely use CityPASS again in another city.
