Wonderful way to spend time with grandkids.
It was the easiest way to take my granddaughter on a trip of San Antonio. I wish I would have known about the best trip for a certain age. I found that the San Antonio Museum of Art more for adults. I probably should have gone to the Botanical Gardens. And more information on the tower would have been nice.

Most horrible experience at go rio at the riverwal
I’m writing to formally report an unacceptable and discriminatory experience that my family and I suffered on one of your partner attractions — Go Rio Cruises in San Antonio, TX — on July 16, 2025.
We purchased the tour through CityPASS for a total of $580. From the start of the experience, the tour guide treated us with unjustified hostility. He repeatedly ordered us to change seats aggressively and raised his voice at my children. At one point, my 5-year-old son was told to “be quiet” in a very inappropriate and aggressive manner.
When one of my teenage nephews stood up momentarily — due to a language barrier, not rebellion — the guide reacted by exaggerating the incident and physically pushed him off the boat, separating him from the rest of the family. Eventually, we were all forced to disembark prematurely, before the tour ended. This was humiliating, discriminatory, and absolutely unacceptable.
We ask that CityPASS investigate this incident, remove this experience from its offerings until proper staff training is implemented, and issue us a full refund. I have witnesses, images, and am already taking further legal steps.
I trusted CityPASS to provide family-friendly, respectful experiences. This was the exact opposite
