Ho acquistato il CityPASS C3 che ci ha permesso di scegliere 3 attrazioni da visitare, il che è risultato perfetto per noi dato che abbiamo passato poco tempo a Seattle, quindi sono grato che questo pass potesse essere un'opzione per noi. Abbiamo visitato l'acquario, lo Zoo di Woodland Park e abbiamo fatto la crociera Argosy Harbor per la città. Eravamo un gruppo di 3 coppie a Seattle e abbiamo trascorso qualche giorno prima della crociera in Alaska. Ognuno di noi ha scelto qualcosa che voleva vedere e CityPASS lo includeva. Ho comprato i pass C3 perché avevo amici della California in visita per il weekend della festa dei lavoratori. Il pass C3 era perfetto per il nostro itinerario. Abbiamo scelto di visitare il Seattle Aquarium, il MoPop e il Woodland Park Zoo. Ho sicuramente intenzione di prenderlo di nuovo e provare le diverse attrazioni!Un modo rapido ed efficace per vedere i siti di Seattle

Good deal for Seattle's top attractions!
City Pass 3 was a great deal and once I figured out how to book and access my reservations it was easy. There was a glitch in the system that had a different time in the app that what I had reserved and had confirmations for so I emailed customer service, who then added a banner to the website about the time discrepancies. That was helpful but it should get fixed! Overall, would recommend

Disappointed with customer service
Purchased SEAC3 plan. Chose Aquarium, Space Needle and Science Center. Went to Aquarium, all went smoothly and had great time. Tried to make reservations for Space Needle and Science Center on another day. The site for the Space Needle was not user friendly. Thought we had confirmed reservations but never got the email with ticket so ended up having to wait in line. Planned to go to Science Center after; did have confirmed reservations. Unfortunately one of our party members became ill and we had to leave before going in the Science Center. Went to the kiosk and asked attendant if we could change the reservation. She gave us a card for City Pass customer service and said to contact them. Contacted them when we got home. Chatted with a rep named Neal. He said he would cancel and send an email confirmation so we could make new reservations but might take up to 24 hours. It has been over 60 hours ago and no email from customer service has yet to arrive. Unfortunately our guests are leaving early tomorrow so basically we did not get we paid for. Very disappointed!

CityPASS made Seattle sightseeing more afordable!
CityPass worked somewhat well for our group in Seattle. It was rather confusing though as the Visitor Center said we could purchase that passes at any of the activities that we were going to see. When we got to the MoPOP, they said we had to do it on our phones instead. Then part of our group wanted to go to another site but the aquarium somehow counted all 11 of us to the see it, instead of the 3 that were there. The aquarium said they could not fix our CityPASS but in the end, it all worked out fine.

Great Customer Service
Bought the CityPASS for a family trip to Seattle. There was a bit of confusion at each of the places we went about how to redeem the tickets. Ticket takers at the entrances frequently won't allow you to use the in app CityPASS QR code, or get confused about whether you're showing them the correct QR code. Thankfully, the mix up got resolved quickly every time. Additionally, I accidentally booked the incorrect day for the Zoo, and the CityPASS customer service was extremely kind, helpful, and fast. That excellent experience with customer service alone will make me rebook when we take a trip to New York later this year.

Easy to use and saved money!
We bought the C3 pass while in Seattle last month. We used it to visit the Aquarium, Space Needle and the Chihuly Glass and Gardens. We loved all 3! The C3 pass was easy to use and saved us quite a bit of money over individual entrance tickets.
