Amiamo la Grande Mela!
Era la prima volta che utilizzavamo un CityPASS. Mentre organizzavamo il viaggio, abbiamo notato diversi pass per le attività di New York. Era la scelta migliore per noi, visto che saremmo rimasti solo per cinque giorni. Quando siamo arrivati alle varie attrazioni, abbiamo confrontato i prezzi. Abbiamo risparmiato un sacco! Ho consigliato questo pass agli amici che intendono fare un viaggio nella Grande Mela. Ne compreremo sicuramente un altro quando visiteremo un'altra grande città.New York CityPASS
Un bel modo per vedere la splendida città di New York senza spendere troppo. Io e il mio compagno ci siamo goduti tutti i nostri giorni in questa città e siamo rimasti colpiti da quanto abbiamo risparmiato, mi sono rimasti così più soldi per fare acquisti!!Un'esperienza a 5 stelle!

Ci è piaciuto molto il tour della città! Convenient but needs improvement
I really like my CityPASS experience as I had limited time and wanted to cover maximum attractions. I found CityPASS very useful as it helped me finalize my itenary that too on budget. The details and information available on for every attraction was very thorough. However, I would like to make a suggestion. If booked tickets are not used then CityPASS should let its users to replace those tickets with any other available attraction. I miss my booked time for Intrepid museum due to delay in schedule of my booking prior to it. Later when I tried to revoke my booking and reuse it for other available attraction CityPASS did not let me do it. I also tried to connect via call but nobody was available to assist over call on Friday evening.

Very good way to meet the city!
There were no issues with exchanging the tickets for entrance, all worked as expected. The fact you go with ticket at hand helps save time in ticket purchasing which had lines.

We bought CityPASS tickets directly on the official website. Everything simple and transparent. We booked five or three attractions through the app, just as simply. Due to an exceptional event we had to return to Italy and thanks to the maximum efficiency of customer service we obtained a partial refund of the tickets. Truly exceptional

CityPass made our stay in NYC truly unforgettable
Using the CityPass app during our trip to New York City was truly one of the best decisions we made! Everything worked perfectly – the tickets were easily accessible on our phones, and entering each attraction was smooth and hassle-free.
Thanks to CityPass, we experienced some of the most iconic places: the breathtaking views from Top of the Rock, the legendary Empire State Building, the moving 9/11 Memorial & Museum, the fascinating American Museum of Natural History, and the unforgettable visit to the Statue of Liberty. Every moment was absolutely worth it, and the whole journey felt incredibly special.
CityPass made it easy for us to fully enjoy New York without worrying about long lines or complicated bookings. It also helped us save money while creating memories we’ll cherish forever. Highly recommend CityPass to anyone who wants to truly experience the magic of New York City!

I purchased the CityASS after evaluating the available options and concluding that none of the available options will give you tickets to the most interesting and popular attractions, unless you have a significant amount of money to buy the most complete option, but even then not all attractions are available for you to choose from. For example, there are no tickets to the Summit, Met, MoMA or Edge. For these attractions you need to buy separate tickets. But overall it was worth it. As a suggestion, other attractions should be added to the ones already available.

Price to be checked for childs and students
Be careful, If you visit only 4/5 attractions, you won't save any money, and it seems that for less that 12 years children the pass is far more expensive than the real price. Anyway, the pass is very easy to use and the attractions are fantastic.
I had a very bad surprise when I have made the reservation for Guggenheim museum. The reservation is made on the museum official site, using the citypass reference as voucher. I had a pass for 3 adults and a child (until 17) for my 15 years old child. But for the museum a child is less than 13, so that the voucher has not been accepted and I have paid an extra charge of $28, which is the full price for and adult. That means that for my child I have finally paid more than for an adult (less than18 pass + extra charge).

Very time and money serving
City pass is a must if you plan to visit many paid attractions in New York. You always have to calculate the cost of the city pass vs the cost of the city attractions separated and compare. Is very useful being a foreigner and not having much time to go around to have everything pre booked and organized. But don't forget to research about each attraction before and get to know what are you going to find in there. For example the Ferry to Statue of liberty and Ellie Island can take your whole day.
